Our approach is Kaizen, or continuous improvement, for both ourselves and our principals. We like being measured, because what gets measured gets done. We believe nothing is a better predictor of future performance than past performance. We listen before we talk, but we may tell you things you might not want to hear.

 

Our team consists of former natural product entrepreneurs, manufacturers, buyers, founders of green organizations and experienced brokers.
This gives us a 360 degree perspective.
