Marie has been in the Natural Products Industry for 15 years. She started as a stocker and worked her way up into buying positions at retailers such as Down to Earth, Puget Consumer’s Co-op (PCC) and was most recently Purchasing Director of the highly respected Mana Foods in Maui, Hawaii.

 

Marie has been passionate about natural foods and leading an active lifestyle since her teens. As an avid outdoorswoman and amateur athlete, she understands the importance of what goes in and on our bodies. In 2007, because of a love for the planet and a desire to do her part to help the environment, Marie began climbing mountains to raise money for the Breast Cancer Fund (www.breastcancerfund.org) whose mission is to eliminate environmental toxins that lead to cancer.

 

Marie brings to Yin Yang Naturals extensive knowledge of what a retailer needs to make a brand successful. With her outgoing friendly style she has developed many long lasting relationships on all sides of the industry. Besides getting ready for her next trek for the Breast Cancer Fund, she is also training for her second half Ironman triathlon.
