Keenan Smith

Territory Manager - Oregon 



Keenan Smith has been in the natural food world for over a decade, beginning his career at Wild Oats in Ft Lauderdale Fl. In 2006, Keenan and his partner Nicole, bought a 35′ school bus and converted it into a bio fuel powered RV. They obtained sponsorship from leaders in the natural foods industry and were able to take their newly found demo business, Regreen Super Marketing, on the road! They traveled the country promoting lines such as Dagoba chocolate, Mate Factor, Dr Kracker and Steaz.

 

Then in 2008, they settled in Santa Fe, where Keenan accepted the position as grocery manager at the Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage. In 2010, Keenan joined Independent Natural Food Brokers as a Territory Manager in New Mexico. At INFB, he developed and maintained store relationships with Whole Foods, Vitamin Cottages, Sunflower Markets, Lamontanita Coops, and about a dozen other indies.

 

Keenan and his family have roots in Oregon, having lived in Portland for a number of years. Keenan enjoys music, poetry, design, family and fitness. He has traveled the country performing his special brand of “slam” poetry. In 2003, as part of the Miami Masters poetry slam team, he attended the National poetry slam competition in Chicago. We’ve seen him perform. It is quite amazing.
