Eva Fang

Eva received her BA in Business Management with a concentration in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Clark University. At Clark, she was involved in the development of an allergen-free food product, working with students suffering from food intolerance. Her team created a variety of “on-the-go” minimally processed granola clusters made with Organic ingredients. With this creation, Eva and her teammates entered MassChallenge, the world’s largest start-up competition, and proudly made it to the later rounds of the challenge.

 

Eva covers the South Bay and Santa Cruz territories. Retailers include New Leaf Markets, Lunardi’s, Mollie Stone’s, and all of the WFM stores between Monterey and San Mateo.

 

On her off-time, Eva can often be found baking cakes in the kitchen or catching up on the latest episode of Anthony Bourdain’s No Reservations. A life-long food enthusiast with an entrepreneurial spirit, Eva brings a lot of energy and passion to Yin & Yang Naturals.
