Eliu is a born and raised Arizonian, with a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Arizona. He has had a multitude of customer service experience in the hospitality industry since the early 90’s. He also has an entrepreneurial gene, having started his own mortgage brokerage company.

 

Eliu covers all of Arizona, from New Frontiers in Flagstaff up north to WFM Oracle in Tucson down south. He has established great relationships with GTLs at WFM, as well as store buyers at Sprouts, Sunflower Farmers Market, AJ’s, Basha’s, Food Conspiracy Co-Op, and other independents.

 

Aside from his work, his biggest and most important project is his family. Being a proud father of two wonderful kids has encouraged him to always be the best role model even when it comes to eating healthy. Having started a successful restaurant in the past, Eliu has always has a knack for cooking that was passed on to him from his own mother. He is constantly striving to cook healthy meals for his family as a means of family bonding every night at the dinner table.
