David Rhymes

David hails from the great state of Texas and also spent a good portion of his formative years in the southern Appalachian mountains where his family owned and operated an old-school general store. While spending a number of summers around the turn of the century working in natural foods preparation and holistic nutrition at the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies in Rhinebeck, NY he was able to fuse a time-honored approach to food with a cutting-edge sensibility.

Over the last 5 years David has worked tirelessly as a full-service brand ambassador for national lines such as Alive & Radiant, Coconut Bliss as well as many of the area's brightest and most promising new brands in Austin, San Antonio & Houston.  As a result, David has forged positive and authentic relationships with members of the natural foods community including grocery team and store leadership at larger retailers and independents alike. He brings to the table a strong independent spirit and self-motivation alongside a readiness to work inside the constructs of a team. 

David enjoys swimming and hiking in the beautiful Texas Hill Country and also keeping up with the exploding local food and music scene in his home of downtown Austin.
